The Kanda residence immediately captures a sense of drama, particularly in the master bedroom and living areas. We've designed these spaces around bespoke furniture and lavish textures, seen in the scalloped, pink-velvet bed and the striking gold accents. The ceiling is crowned by a magnificent chandelier, while a dark, mirrored backdrop enhances the room's depth and luxury. The living space maintains this elevated standard with soft arches, deep-toned velvet seating, and curated art, establishing a residential interior that feels both sophisticated and utterly unique.
Our design philosophy ensures every functional area is a statement piece. The walk-in closet is a testament to modular work and integrated luxury, featuring smoked-glass wardrobes, illuminated shelving, and a stunning arched mirror. This design transforms storage into a boutique experience. Meanwhile, the kitchen achieves streamlined elegance with soft beige cabinetry, integrated appliances, and clean lines, proving that a high-efficiency space can still contribute to the home's overall sophisticated aesthetic.

The secondary bedrooms, study nooks, and sacred spaces showcase the precision of Saysha’s millwork and detailing. Curved forms, patterned textures, and bespoke study tables with integrated lighting create unique, personalized retreats. In the bathroom, a terrazzo-like wall and unique lighting around a circular mirror elevate the standard vanity. Most notably, the dedicated puja room features intricate white carving and bell accents, demonstrating our ability to honour tradition with contemporary artistry and flawless turnkey solutions.
